THE FACTS FOR FRIDAY, TOMORROW

PLEASE REVIEW THIS INFO WITH YOUR CHILD!!!!!!!

Arrive (girls hair & makeup done!) 7:00am thru SIDE GYM DOORS*

*1. Put backpacks/ school stuff along red bleachers

*2. Check out costumes/ change in same place as today & return to gym

*3. Sound check & warmups

ASSEMBLY

Doors open approx. 8:15am.

Assembly will last approx 50 minutes.

POST Assembly:

*Cast members will IMMEDIATELY head to gym, get school clothes & change

* BRING COSTUME BACK TO GYM before

*Reporting to classrooms BY 9:30!

*We will PARTY 12:05-12:45 (lunch provided) and gather for a quick notes/ changes/ traditional rubber duckies!

EVENING

*ARRIVE 6:15pm (hair & makeup done) TO GYM

*Check out costumes/ change/ return to gym NEW FOR 5th girls- Miss Hutchison Room & 6th grade girls in Mr. Killian Room)

* Doors to auditorium will open by 6:30pm

*7:00 SHOWTIME!

*Then sleep well, Arabian friends! I’ll see you at the track meet Saturday :o)

*DVD order forms available in hall corner tomorrow morning & evening

*Cast party lunch provided tomorrow- pls send in any special dietary needs.

*Feel free to put your kids to bed early tonight, Thursday. Blame me. Or Swanson.

* I’d appreciate your continued prayers, covering it all this evening. At this hour, we do not have stage lights. Mr Swanson and our lighting technician will begin problem solving (AGAIN!) in the next few minutes. HIS WILL BE DONE! It’s going to be a great show.

Your kids are lovely! ;o) Well done parents.
