11-17-17 Holiday Update

Tuesday, November 28th 3:00-4:00pm After School in Auditorium

We are done rehearsing smooshed & crowded in the music room. Finally we get to be on the risers making critical preparations for our performances. There are many details to address. Thank you ahead of time for not entering the auditorium until the kids are dismissed, as it distracts them from this precious and limited time. As usual, students will be available for pick up @ 4:00pm, at the north gym exit, carpool style. Please pull up as far as possible and we’ll scoot right along. Thanks so much!

Concert Week (Dec 4-8) No changes, just reminders!

Wed AM Dec. 6 Before School 7:30am in AUD

Friday AM/ PM Dec. 8 Before School 7:30am Call & 8:30 Assembly

(Dec. 8 Lunch Recess - Christmas Dessert Party)

Dec. 8 Evening 6:30pm Call & 7:00 Concert

CHORALE OUTFITS HEADS UP

-FYI, it’s fine for kids to wear Chorale shirts for Spirit Wear Day, this Friday, Dec. 1st.

-Chorale Outfits needed for concert: T-shirts, black pants & black shoes

-For the morning assembly, all students will wear regular school clothes

-For the evening concert, Chorale will arrive & start the concert in their Chorale outfits. They may remain in those outfits for the entire program. Boom!

Please join me in prayer for our upcoming holiday season. I’m truly grateful to be working with your fabulous children. They are terrific. Parents, hug your babies! Last year at this time Dave & I flew to England to marry off our first born. Three weeks ago, our baby of the family also tied the knot. Fasten your seatbelts friends. Time flies. The good news is that God is so very faithful over and over again!!!
