CONCERT WEEK: ENSEMBLE DETAILS December 3-7th
JUST THE FACTS:
Tuesday, Dec 4 8:10am TECH REH Come straight to Auditorium asap that morning!
Friday, Dec. 7 (7:15ish Arrival) 7:30am BEFORE SCHOOL / 8:30am ASSEMBLY
6:30pm CALL in Music Room (Doors Open) / 7:00pm CONCERT
FRIDAY DETAILS:
MORNING (Arrive 7:15ish) 7:30AM on risers BEFORE SCHOOL
Come warmed up, through the north doors, having chatted a lot already! We will be in regular school clothes for the assembly. However, feel free to throw on a Santa hat or scarf or xmas sweater :) We have very little time to address any last minute changes & details. And this is the FIRST & ONLY time to rehearse our concert opener with Chorale. I beg you not to be late today. Please arrive a bit earlier to put backpack & coats upstairs BEFORE reporting to the auditorium. The all-school assembly starts at 8:30am sharp. Here is the full morning schedule:
7:15-7:25 Arrival/ everything to lockers
7:30-8:05 SOUND CHECK ON RISERS (Chorale & Ensemble)
8:10 Bathroom, drinks & return to risers
8:15 Start positions. Doors open.
8:30-9:15ish ASSEMBLY
EVENING 6:30pm Call in the Music Room
Arrive DRESSED IN RED & BLACK FESTIVE CAROLING ATTIRE, Drop coats TO LOCKERS/ GO TO MUSIC ROOM!
6:30PM CHORALE & ENSEMBLE WARM UP/ Praise/Prayer in Music Rm (Aud Opens)
7:00PM CONCERT

~Pictures & video will be available on the music website after the concert.
~Our Christmas Brunch Party is Tues. Dec. 11th during class. We need more food :) Please email if you can help.
