1-24-20 After School Coming & Pick Up instructions

Good afternoon Dalmatian families~

Just a reminder that next Tuesday, January 28th is our first monthly AFTER SCHOOL REHEARSAL, 3:05-5:00pm, for 4th & 5th graders. 6/7/8th graders are more than welcome to attend, but not required this month.

Please carefully read the following information regarding carpool pick-up. Thanks for your kind consideration in picking up your students in a safe manner on the track and on time. The cast will be released to the undercover area, carpool style, at 5:00pm sharp. Please hold those name signs high & drive all the way up to the number 1 spot. Super parent, Julie Lyman will be leading after school pickups for us. Thanks so much! Students remaining after 5:10pm will be checked into After School Academy. As basketball season is in full swing, a gentle reminder that students are not to wait around, watch basketball games or hang out, without parent supervision. If your student is heading to 5pm practice or will be under another parent’s supervision, I would appreciate knowing by noon. Also, if you would like me to excuse your child to another family, or head directly to ASA, please, please also let me know by noon. robin.brumley@whcs.org I’m happy to dismiss our hoopster teams first, directly to 5pm practices, if you’ll simply let me know ahead of time, coaches.
