CONCERT WEEK DETAILS December 7-11th FOR ENSEMBLE
Parents & students, thanks so much for reviewing the following info by Monday night. Your added effort is greatly appreciated and incredibly helpful.
TUES/ THURS ELECTIVE CLASSES AUD & Music Rm Debrief, Re-set, TECH
FRIDAY MORNING Dec. 11 8:00 AM BEFORE SCHOOL ON THE RISERS!
PLEASE FEEL FREE TO ARRIVE BY 7:45 (hint, hint, hint!)
You need to come warmed up, through the north doors again, having chatted a lot already! We will be wearing regular school clothes for the assembly. If you’d like to add scarves, hats, mittens- ok! We’ll have very little time to address any last minute changes & details. I beg you not to be late today. Please arrive early to put backpack & coats upstairs BEFORE reporting to the auditorium. The all-school assembly starts at 8:30am sharp. Here is the full morning schedule:
7:45-8:00 Arrival/ everything to lockers
8:00 SOUND CHECK ON RISERS
8:15 *Bathroom & return to side hall
8:20 *Everyone in start positions (Chorale on risers/ Ens gym hall)
8:30-9:10 ASSEMBLY
Chorale will open with their 3 songs. Enter the auditorium as soon as you hear applause after “Xmas Eve Constantly”! You will sing all 3 of your songs,then exit back out, down the side gym HALL to join your classes in the back of the auditorium. Let all the 5th & 6th graders into the auditorium before you join the JR High, please.

6:30PM ENSEMBLE WARM UP/ Praise & Prayer in TEACHERS LOUNGE
Auditorium Doors open
7:00PM CONCERT Same order & flow as the assembly. You’ll start in side hall.
JUST A COUPLE OTHER TIDBITS:
~We will party together Tues, Dec 15th during our last class!
