PARENT HELP NEEDED THIS THURSDAY, APRIL 4th, 1:30-3:00pm
We have some costuming racks, organizing & labeling to do, as well as cutting of trees & butcher paper foliage. We could use 6-8 volunteers. Please email janethjchoi@gmail.com or shariejoe@aol.com if we can count on you!
PARENT HELP NEEDED SUNDAY, APRIL 14th, 5:00-7:00pm
Who could resist turning our auditorium into the Hundred Acre Woods?! We need 10-15 additional parents to help out, please. No special skills necessary. Please email me, robin.brumley@whcs.org if you would be so kind to assist.
PARENT HELP NEEDED during SHOW WEEKEND The sign up link is coming soon. Each and every task is important and allows you to watch the corresponding show in its entirety! In the land of children's theater, that is quite a feat! Think about hanging locker tags, supervising dressing rooms, applying simple makeup, cat wranglers, hall herders, dvd table, striking the set, cast party, clean up, costume laundry, inventory & packing, etc. Thank you in advance for your consideration.
There are also a handful of teacher/staff members also spending many personal hours behind the scenes to make the Winnie the Pooh a fabulous experience for your kids. Feel free to give Meredith Mickel, Esther Godaert, Kevin Killian, Jim Lester, Rod Kotel, Mary Tae, Leesa Michael, Melissa Balsiger, Marissa Coleman, Courtney Williamson, the 6th grade team and Ron Middleton all a big pat on the back! (My bad for starting a list, as I’m sure to miss a staff member.... but you get the point!) To pull off an event with such a large percentage of our student body is quite a task. Our musicals would never happen without the time and talents of so many precious parents & staff. God bless you all!
YOU CAN NOW EXPECT MULTIPLE EMAILS from me each week, as we proceed step by step. Please know that I am prayerfully and strategically looking ahead through the month. I appreciate your help as we seek to honor the Lord together, while giving your kids an amazing experience. I love our gigantic cast. They are an enjoyable bunch! Good parenting, folks. No foolin’!
Pressing on for His glory~
