UNCHANGED SCHEDULE:
Tues, Dec 10 AFTER SCHOOL TECH in Auditorium 3:05-4:00pm
Fri, Dec. 13 7:30am*** BEFORE SCHOOL CALL in Auditorium / 8:30am ASSEMBLY
6:30pm CALL in Music Room (Doors Open) / 7:00pm CONCERT
PLEASE REVIEW THESE DAY BY DAY DETAILS WITH YOUR CHILD:
MONDAY Dec 9 Lunch Rehearsal in Auditorium
TUESDAY Dec. 10 3:05-4:00 AFTER SCHOOL TECH in Auditorium
THURSDAY Dec 12 Lunch Run Thru in Auditorium
FRIDAY Morning Dec. 13 7:30AM BEFORE SCHOOL
Come warmed up, through the north doors, having chatted a lot already! We will NOT be in Chorale T-shirts, but regular school clothes for the assembly. Please save fresh Chorale shirts for the evening concert. We have very little time to address any last minute changes & details. AND this is the first & only time to rehearse our concert opener with the 6/7/8 Ensemble! I beg you not to be late today. Please remind your child to put backpack & coats upstairs BEFORE reporting to the risers by 7:40. The all-school assembly starts at 8:30am sharp. Here is the full morning schedule:
7:30 Arrival/ everything to lockers; report to risers
7:40-8:05 SOUND CHECK ON RISERS (Chorale & Ensemble)
8:05ish Bathroom, Drink & return to risers
8:15 Start positions. Doors open
8:30-9:10ish ASSEMBLY
Lunch Recess Chorale Dessert Party & DVD debrief in Music Room
FRIDAY Evening Dec. 13 6:30pm
6:20-6:25 Arrive DRESSED IN CHORALE UNIFORM, Drop coats TO LOCKERS BEFORE 6:30pm.
6:30PM CHORALE/ ENS Warm Up/ Praise & Prayer in Music Room (Auditorium Opens)
7:00PM CONCERT
AFTER CONCERT - Students may retrieve coats FROM THEIR LOCKERS.
