Good afternoon WINNIE THE POOH families~
Just a reminder that next Tuesday, January 29th is our first monthly AFTER SCHOOL REHEARSAL, 3:05-5:00pm, for 4th & 5th graders. 6/7/8th graders are more than welcome to attend, but not required this month.
Please carefully read the following information on carpool pick-up. Thanks for your kind consideration in picking up your students in a safe manner and on time. The cast will be released at the north side of the building, carpool style, at 5:00pm sharp. Please hold those name signs high & drive all the way up, along the curb past the steps to the top of the hill. I will not be releasing students to walk across the parking lot. If you prefer, park your car, walk over to us, and then escort your cast member back to your vehicle. Students remaining after 5:10pm will be checked into After School Academy. As basketball season is in full swing, a gentle reminder that students are not to wait around, watch basketball games or hang out, without parent supervision. If your student is heading to 5pm practice or will be under another parent’s supervision, I would appreciate knowing by 12:00pm. Also, if you would like me to excuse your child to another family, or head directly to ASA, please, please let me know by noon. Or now, ha ha! :) robin.brumley@whcs.org This coming Tuesday, I see our 5th grade boys have scheduled practice @ 5PM. I’m happy to dismiss our hoopsters, no emails necessary.
