Good afternoon Chorale parents!

THANK YOU! God bless y’all for your efforts in getting your students to school early, in the dark, and in the frost. We used every moment of our time together. All the 5th & 6th graders continued rehearsing until 9:40am. God is so gracious. I was very pleased with what I heard. We are one tired bunch, but we are so ready to sing out for Jesus! Our WHCS music students rock!

“COSTUME” REMINDERS

FRIDAY MORNING: NO Chorale shirts, just regular school clothes & BOYS SWEATERS!!!

FRIDAY NIGHT: Arrive WEARING YOUR CHORALE T-shirt & BLACK. Bring sweaters.

FRIDAY MORNING

ARRIVE 7:30 thru side doors & put everything upstairs first!

7:35AM BE ON THE RISERS.

Come warmed up, having chatted a lot already! We will NOT be in Chorale T-shirts but regular school clothes for the assembly. However, boys, remember to bring your sweaters!!!! Please save fresh Chorale shirts for the evening concert. We have little time to address any last minute changes & details. I beg you not to be late today. Please arrive early to get backpack & coats upstairs BEFORE reporting to the auditorium. The all-school assembly starts at 8:30am SHARP. Here is the full morning schedule:

7:25-7:30 Arrival/ everything to lockers & back to auditorium asap

7:35-8:10 SOUND CHECK ON RISERS

8:10 Bathroom break & return to risers

8:20 Everyone in start positions (Chorale on risers/ Ensemble gym hall)

8:30-9:10 ALL SCHOOL ASSEMBLY

5/6 Lunch Recess Chorale PAR-TAY in Music Room @ Lunch Recess

YES, PARTY @ Lunch ON CONCERT DAY FRIDAY Parents, three quick notes to know:

• 1. I will be serving First Street Ice Cream Sandwiches. If your child needs something different, please feel free to send them with an alternate treat.

  2. In the goodie bags kids will receive, there are rubber duckies. Rubber duckies are a long standing tradition with Chorale- including spring musicals, often themed with our presentations. Many of our older students have quite a collection, so you might want to think twice before they swim away.....

  3. Fair warning: Also in the goodie bags are cds with music for “The Lion KIng”. More on the musical coming soon. Info HERE for those of you who want it now!

(Arrive in Chorale outfits, coats,etc up in lockers, Boys sweaters to gym)

7:00PM CONCERT
