THE FACTS FOR FRIDAY, TOMORROW

PLEASE REVIEW THIS INFO WITH YOUR CHILD BEFORE ARRIVING IN THE MORNING! I THANK YOU!

MORNING (Girls hair & mascara done at home)

Staggered ARRIVAL 6:30- 7:00am thru NORTH GYM ENTRANCE

*1. Put backpacks/shoes on bleachers

*2. Check out costumes/ change/ return with school clothes & shoes on hangers/bags to racks

*3. Go thru make-up/ have your individual picture taken/ leads to sound/ all to bleachers.

*4. 7:30-8ish Sound Check in Aud/ Warm ups/ Cast Portraits/ Break

ASSEMBLY & POST ASSEMBLY

*Parents- Auditorium Doors open 8:00am- Center entrance only

*Assembly starts 8:30am, lasting approx 40 minutes.

*AFTER: Cast members IMMEDIATELY head to gym, get school clothes from racks & change. STUDENTS BRING COSTUMES BACK TO RACKS IN GYM before you go to class!

*Report to class BY 9:30! THAT’S JUST 10 MINUTES. IT CAN BE DONE!

*Parents, please note there will not be time to visit after morning performances.

LUNCH BREAK DEBRIEF & DESSERT @ 4/5 and 6/7/8 Lunches

Ice Cream bars provided. *Parents-pls send any special dietary needs.

Watch dvd & take care of fixes for weekend shows

FRI & SAT EVENINGS

*Staggered ARRIVAL 5:30-6pm (any hair & mascara done) TO GYM

*Check out costumes/ change/ bring clothes & shoes back to GYM on hanger/ in bags

*(Doors open at 6:30pm) Cast warm-ups IN GYM for pm show

*7:00 SHOWTIME!

*8:00 Get clothes/ change out of costumes & RETURN THEM TO GYM before leaving!

*Clean Up, Re-set, etc for Saturday/ then Monday.
