1 cup unsalted butter, browned and cooled; 1/2 cup powdered sugar (60 g); 2 cups all-purpose flour (240 g); 1/2 tsp fine sea salt; optional 4 oz dark chocolate for dipping, flaky salt. Substitute: use regular softened butter if skipping brown butter.
