PERRYSVILLE, Ind. — Tabatha Jo Stout, 22, of Perrysville, Ind., passed away at 9:20 a.m. CDT Sunday, Sept. 19, 2010, at Provena United Samaritans Medical Center in Danville.

Her infant daughter, Maddyx Alivia-Jo Stitt joined her mother in heaven at 5:05 p.m. CDT Wednesday, Sept. 22, 2010, at Carle Foundation Hospital in Urbana.

Tabatha was born July 7, 1988, in Danville, the daughter of Donna Jo (Michael) Stout of Perrysville, Ind.

Survivors include her parents; fiance, Robert “Buddy” Stitt of Danville; paternal grandparents, Jim (Martha) Stout of Perrysville; two sisters, Erica and Courtney Cummings of Attica, Ind.; three aunts, Tina (Bob) Reed of Clinton, Ind., Debbie Edland of Newport, Ind., and Kim (John) Major of Clinton, Ind.; uncle, J.D. (Lorie) Bridges of Perrysville, Ind.; cousins, Danielle Wise, Jason Reed, Clint and Amy Lewis, Amber and James Jordan, John Michael Major, Blade Bridges, Regina, Bill and Jerry Drazer.

Tabatha was preceded in death by her maternal grandma, Joanna Bridges, and a cousin, Jeremiah Edland.

Maddyx Alivia-Jo was born at 8:39 a.m. CDT Sunday, Sept. 19, 2010, at Provena United Samaritans Medical Center in Danville.

Survivors include her father, Robert “Buddy” Stitt of Danville; sister, Khia Skye Burks-Stitt of Danville; maternal grandparents, Donna (Mike) Stout of Perrysville; paternal grandmother, Kathy Stitt of Danville; paternal great-grandparents, Jim (Martha) Stout of Perrysville; paternal great-grandparents, James (Naomi) Stitt of Danville; paternal great-grandmother, Dorothy Yow of Danville (Grape Creek); paternal great-grandfather, Charles Taylor of Oakwood, Ill.; six aunts, LuAnn (Barry) Grimm of Oakwood, Ill.; Courtney (Mike) Montel of Danville, Shelbey Taylor of Westville, Ill., Melissa (Jeremy Gaskill) Stitt of Danville; and many great aunts, uncles and cousins.

Maddyx was preceded in death by her maternal great-grandma, Joanna Bridges; paternal grandfather, Kenneth Stitt; and cousin, Jeremiah Edland.

Tabatha was a veterinary technician at Hillcrest Animal Hospital in Danville. She was a member of the Cayuga Christian Church. Tabatha graduated in 2007 from North Vermillion High School. She loved helping animals, shopping and spending time with friends and family.

Funeral services for Tabatha and Maddyx: 3 p.m. EDT Sunday, Sept. 26, at DeVerter Funeral Home in Cayuga, Ind., with Dr. Andy Spencer officiating. Burial: Thomas Cemetery in Newport, Ind.
