MARY JANE DOGGETT REYES-ROJAS

November 3, 1979 - May 31, 2006

Mary Jane Doggett Reyes-Rojas, 26, of Shelbyville, Ind., formerly of Danville, Perrysville, Ind., and Westville, passed away Wednesday, May 31, 2006, at St. Vincent Hospice in Indianapolis.

She was born on Nov. 3, 1979, in Danville, the daughter of Steven B. Doggett and Pamela J. Menestrina Doggett.

On April 14, 2003, she married David Reyes-Rojas in Shelbyville, Ind. Mary Jane is survived by her husband, David; a son, Julian Jesus; her parents, Steven B. (Denise) Doggett of Westville and Pamela (the late James E. L.) Hunt of Westville. Maternal grandparents, Robert (the late Catherine) Menestrina of Westville and paternal grandparents, Gail (the late Joseph E.) Doggett of Danville. Sisters, Elizabeth (Tony) Day of Cayuga, Ind., and Stephanie (Warren) Hughes of Discov-ery Bay, Calif. Half brother, Steven (Shanna) Doggett Jr. of Westville. Nieces and nephews, Alex, Molly, Shelby and Ashlee. Also many stepsisters and brothers, nieces and nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins. Her special niece, Amanda (Andrew) Norman and their children Aubrey, A.J. and Aunora have been a great support through her whole life. She was preceded by her maternal grandmother, paternal grandfather, stepfather, father-in-law, Jesus Reyes-Rojas and her name sake great-grandmother, Mary Jane Engle.

Mary graduated from North Vermilion High School in Cayuga, Ind. Her first job was with McDonalds, then Master Guard in Veedersburg, Ind., and PK-USA in Shelbyville, Ind.

Mary was a wonderful daughter, wife, mother and friend. She worked hard to make a good life for her family and always helped others in need.
