Hughes Anderson, Crystal Susan

Crystal Susan Anderson, 50, of rural Perrysville died Saturday June 4, 2016 at home. She was born February 6, 1966 at Danville, IL the daughter of Chris Martin and Norma E. (Hines) Hughes.

Crystal was a life resident of the Gessie area and a graduate of North Vermillion High School. She was employed at Danville Gardens for several years and recently at T J Maxx. She enjoyed gardening, flower arranging, Minnesota Boxer Rescue and loved her grandbabies and her fur babies.

She was married to Greg Montgomery and they divorced. She later married Mark Anderson and he died November 11, 2009.

Surviving is her mother Norma Hughes of Perrysville; a son Zach Montgomery of Perrysville; a daughter Abbigail Montgomery of Hillsboro; a brother Jon M. Hughes of Perrysville; three grandchildren, Marquee Conner Hall, Maddlyn Mae Powell, and Mitchell Dale Powell. Her father and a brother Norman D. Hughes preceded her in death.

The family will receive friends from 5:00 to 8:00 P. M. EDT Thursday June 9, 2016 at Shelby Funeral Home. Graveside memorial services and burial of ashes will be at 11:00 A. M.
