David Lee Fultz was born Oct.1, 1965. He is the son of Richard and Anna Lou Fultz. He had 2 brothers, Byron and Pete(Class of 1973),Pete is deceased also. He had 3 sisters, Sally, Suzy and Marianne. He died in May of 1984. He lived in Cayuga, In. with his parents.

David is buried in Thomas Cemetery, Newport, Indiana.
