Linda was a 1965 North Vermillion High School graduate, Cayuga, Indiana, graduate and was a varsity cheerleader her junior and senior years, was also in National Thespians Society, Junior Classical League, Band, Student Council, Vice President of Student Council, chorus and class play.
She died Monday September 22, at Community Hospital of injuries she suffered in an auto accident Sunday on 96th Street in Hamilton County.
She was a secretary at Eli Lilly and Co. for six years. Born in Clinton, she had lived in Indianapolis many years. She was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Clinton and the American Legion Auxiliary, Newport.
Survivors: husband David Johnson: sons, Dennis and Shawn Johnson: parents, Maynard and Ada Hollingsworth: sisters, Paula Roberts and Theresa Adams: brother, Russell Hollingsworth: grandparents, Charles and Clara Naylor.
