Let’s go swimming
Swimming is an exciting kind of physical activity, giving you the opportunity to exercise in different ways, to become stronger and to stay healthy.
If you cannot swim, you should learn to.
Why do I so confident of it? Let’s take a bit closer look at.
I learned swimming when I went to primary school.
Since then, swimming became my primary physical activity.
Swimming seems to be the only one training including all of your body muscles.
Mainly swimming is an aerobic exercise but the muscles work anaerobically if you take short sprints.
Swimming is believed to reduce the negative effects of stress to the skeleton which is useful for everyone who works in the office.
It can also improve you posture.
The support of the water and the reduction in impacts makes swimming accessible for people who are unable to undertake activities such as running, jogging, cycling or walking.
Many people consider swimming as the best recreation activity.
Recreational swimming can be used for people to exercise, to relax or to rehabilitate.
Also swimming allows you to snorkel and free dive into the sea but if you can't swim you'll be left on the beach.
In a personal note I’d like to say that swimming allows you to be safe in the water, to prepare yourself against cold and to keep your health.
As my advice to someone starting swimming I would like to say that if you want to be successful in swimming you should train systematically.
Are you still here? Let’s go swimming! Learn to swim, be safe, have fun!
