R: which can lead to obesity, diabetes, high cholesterol and heart disease. So, what's on the menu?

R: instead of meat and cheese on their pizza, they use a pesto sause, vegetables and .. shrimps. These nachos don't have cheese, instead this spread is made with cachews. And she uses tofu to make these m.... cakes. Lavonda Cates has high blood pressure and thinks this new meals may help
