Jonah's wife Margaret died 6 years ago today. Although it seems as if he's been living with us forever, it's also hard to believe that it happened so long ago. Lucy was just coming up to her 14th birthday then and I'd only been Jonah's PA for a few months. How things have changed! Now Lucy is on her way to becoming a doctor - following in Margaret's footsteps in a way, although she's adamant that she wants to be a pathologist, not a surgeon. We had quiet day at home - not that all days aren't quiet and at home during the current crisis - but it was a rather sombre time, thinking about Margaret and worrying about Aunty Dot.
