So, we have a new national disability strategy. I haven’t read it al yet, but it makes lots of promises, which will be hard to fulfil. I’m deeply sceptical of Boris’s forward, which goes on about it all being part of this “levelling up” agenda. It’s easy for him to say these things, but I bet it won’t last once he discovers that it’s all going to cost money.
