Another Sunday, another socially-distanced Mass (with Peter and me policing the congregation) and then online worship using the Circuit YouTube service. Cowley Road church is holding in-person services in church again, but it feels so strange sitting there with face masks on and not able to join in singing the hymns that we prefer the online version. It’s a pity that our circuit doesn’t seem to have got to grips with Zoom. Other places have Zoom services, which are much more like “real” services than just watching a pre-prepared video. Still, at least watching from home, we can join in the singing!
