The Chief Super has decided to wind down the KM investigation. With no new leads, it’s hard for him to justify the manpower – especially with a spate of muggings in Cowley and worse than usual vandalism and car crime in Blackbird Leys. I’m going to have to explain to Kevin’s parents tomorrow.
