Look what Peter’s dreamed up as a way of using up our excessively large harvest of French beans! We’ve also (at last) got some ripe tomatoes in the garden, but no lettuce or cucumber to go with them to make a traditional salad. This is yummy with ham and Peter’s crusty bread rolls.
