Tomorrow is the first day of Ramadan. Lucy tells me that she and Dominic are going to observe the fast alongside Mariam and Ibrahim. I’m not sure how that will pan out after she gets home for the Easter holiday. At least sunset and sunrise are not quite so far apart as they were when we first met Ibrahim back in 2014. That year, Ramadan was in June! But it will still mean delaying tea until a couple of hours later than we usually have it. but never mind! It’s all part of becoming more multicultural.
