Well, we finally got to the bottom of what happened last Friday night – and the driver of the car wasn’t who we thought it was at all! It’s all a bit of a mess really – as so often is the case with crime. Nobody intended things to go the way they did and the culprit was more sinned against than sinning in many ways. Anna’s writing up a report to go to the Crown Prosecution Service for the hit-and-run and Andy’s pressing on with reports on the various homophobic attacks. Between us, we’ll be keeping Oxford Magistrates court busy over the next few weeks!
Just two weeks to go before Jonah retires. I was getting seriously worried that he might fall into depression, the way he did nine years ago when he thought he was going to be pensioned off; but now I’m hoping that he’s going to find things to do helping Wayne and Dean with Design Ability. He’s got all sorts of ideas for promoting their products to disabled people and for improving their services for them.
