We had fun at the interviews this morning! Jonah ruled out 3 of the candidates on the basis that they didn't know how to speak to people with disabilities. Dean (who did come to the interviews in the end) wasn't confident about managing one of the two remaining; so it was "Natalie or no-one". Dean was still dithering because he's never made a decision about the business on his own before. In the end, we all agreed that Wayne could be given the final word. Dean's taken Natalie's CV and our notes on the interview to show him this evening.
