Holy Saturday. Normally we'd be at the Easter Vigil now, but of course that's cancelled this year. It was another glorious sunny day - you'd never believe it was a Bank Holiday weekend! - so we got more work done in the garden. The hedge has had its first trim of the year and is looking uncharacteristically smart. Peter replaced some rotten wood on Stan's pigeon loft and gave it all a lick of wood preserver. And Jonah has been carrying on with writing up the "case of the dead demonstrator". I've had a read of the first few chapters. It's weird reading about Chief Superintendent Alison Brown when she was just a WPC.
Aunty Dot still doesn't seem to be any better, but at least she doesn't seem to be any worse either, so let's hope she'll turn the corner soon.
