Indoor or outdoor playing area
1-6 or 0-9 dice (use exercise dice if possible)
Game board print out or whiteboard
Draw a game board on a whiteboard or print game board.
Players perform exercises as they aim to fill the cells to make the 'less than' or 'more than' statement correct.
Players throw the dice eight times in total.
After each throw of the dice, each team performs the exercise shown on the dice for 10 seconds and decides which of their cells to place that number in. Eg.:
1 = squats
2 = wall sits
3 = front plank
4 = side plank L/R
5 = jumping jacks
6 = marching in place
When all the cells are full, each team will have created four two-digit numbers.
Teams then check if their number sentences are correct:
If both number sentences are correct, the team scores the sum of the two two-digit numbers written in the blue boxes.
If only the first number sentence is correct, the team scores the two-digit number in the top blue boxes.
If only the second number sentence is correct, the team scores the two-digit number in the bottom blue boxes.
The winner is the team with the higher score.
Single-digit version of the game initially, rolling the dice four times.
