In this game the winner is the first to complete a row of three, either horizontally, vertically or diagonally.
Spin the spinners and perform both the exercises shown.
Decide whether you want to add or subtract to produce a total shown on the board.
Cover the total with a counter.
The first to complete a row of three is the winner.
You cannot cover a number which has already been covered.
If you are unable to find a total which has not been covered you must Pass.
Example exercises if not using SSU spinner:
1 = squats
2 = wall sits
3 = front plank
4 = side plank L/R
5 = jumping jacks
6 = marching in place
7 = push ups
8 = high knees
9 = situps
