Students run around the area and change direction according to the teachers directions.
On the teacher’s signal, a direction is given for students to follow. For example:
Run 7 steps to the left
Hop 8 hops forward
Jump 10 jumps backward
Turn to the left and sprint to the cones
Side gallop 12 steps to the left and then run 5 paces forward
