Print and cut the shape cards.
Students meet in small groups or as a whole class.
One member of the team is trying to find out what is on their chosen card (the unknown) by asking as few questions as possible. The rest of the team need to answer "Yes" (by performing 5 star jumps) or "No" (by performing 5 push ups).
One player chooses a shape card and shows the group (but does not look at it themself).
The player guessing the shape can ask up to 12 questions about their shape, one at a time.
If the answer is yes, the group performs 5 star jumps.
If the answer is false, the group performs 5 push-ups.
Continue until the shape us guessed or 12 questions have been asked.
Play with 3D objects.
Provide sentence starters to support student asking questions.
