Indoor or outdoor playing area
Form student groups of 3
Place markers 3-5m apart to form the points of the triangle.
Players in groups of 3 stand on the points of a triangle and roll a ball to one another.
The ball is rolled along the sides of the triangle.
Experiment with ways of trapping the ball – foot, hands.
Increase group size to make a square, rectangle or circle.
Roll and perform an activity – challenge students to count how many jumping jacks they can do before the ball comes back to them.
Increase or descrease the size of the shape.
