Senior Privileges
Here is the email that Mr. Plourde sent to the teachers, clarifying Senior Privileges
13 September 2017
"As we move through with some of the changes around Phoenix Time I am sure that everyone will have some questions. Please review the following regarding senior privileges.
Approved Senior Privilege Students (ASPS) are the only students that may leave the school through the main office sign out. The students may only leave the school during the period that has been agreed upon. All ASPS may leave during Phoenix Time. All ASPS are aware of the period(s) that they can leave. All ASPS must attend Late Arrival Wednesday Phoenix Time with their advisors.
ASPS Following the rules
1. All ASPS will sign out at the main office
2. All ASPS will sign in at the main office when they return
3. All ASPS will arrive to class on time (If tardy they will lose the ASPS status)
4. ALL ASPS will follow school rules (If not, they will lose the ASPS status)
5. If a Senior Class Meeting is called during Phoenix Time...All ASPS must attend (If not, they will lose the ASPS status)
Teachers Attendance Process for an ASPS
1. Do not take attendance of the student during your Study Halls or Phoenix Time Connections Periods (The Office will have the attendance)
2. If an ASPS does not attend Late Arrival Wednesday Phoenix Time please notify the Principal via email. (The ASPS student may lose the status)
Respectfully,
Thomas J. Plourde"
