I'll be out sick today with this crazy cold.

I'd like you to work on two things today, and then you may use the remainder of the class as a study hall.

#1) Khan Academy - take all the quizzes you have remaining in the Reading and Writing SAT Prep section. You've already taken the two Reading quizzes, I believe. To get to the quizzes, follow these instructions:

log in to Khan Academy

click on Subjects in the upper left-hand corner of the screen

choose Test Prep

choose New SAT (March 2016)

make sure that the Reading and Writing tab is showing (see image, below)

#2) study the following academic vocabulary that we've learned / are learning in Springboard. You'll have these terms on your mid-term. See quiz here: https://quizlet.com/47486629/english-11-unit-1-the-american-dream-flash-cards/

For the rest of the time remaining, you may have a study hall.
