Goals for this week:

4.1 – 4.9, annotating Into the Wild (after having read it) for “pursuit of happiness / transcendentalism,” as well as characterization of Chris McCandless / Alexander Supertramp

4/28: 4.1, start 4.2

HW due on 4/30:

1. Annotate 4.2 for aphorisms
2. 4.2's chart - comparing aphoristic ideas from all three: McCandless, Emerson, and Thoreau
3. 4.3: research transcendentalism
4. medium annotating on 4.4’s poems
5. be ready for annotation check #1 of 3 for Into the Wild: annotate first three chapters for pursuit of happiness / transcendentalism and characterization

4/30: homework check, transcendentalism research writing prompt, Activity 4.4 & Activity 4.5

ALERT!!!! This homework is postponed until Smarter Balance testing is done. I'll be trying to finish this on Monday / Wednesday / Friday of this week.
