Booking Window: Visitors may book tours up to 60 days in advance or on the same day, subject to availability. Same-day bookings cannot be modified.
Modifications: Must be made 24 hours before the tour date to receive a partial refund.
Payment: Visitors can place tickets on hold, with full payment due one week before the tour.
Adjustments (such as reducing or increasing the number of tickets) can also be made up to one week prior, but additional tickets are not guaranteed.

Asses accessibility needs, confirming that ADA Tours are available for those who cannot navigate stairs.
Visitors should be made aware that at least 140 steps are required unless an ADA tour is booked.
Only rubber tipped canes can go on all tours except ADA Grand Rooms.
“Is everyone in your party able to navigate stairs? There are about [number of steps] on this tour, so for guests unable to navigate stairs, we recommend booking an ADA Tour to enhance their experience."
If Yes,
“The ADA Grand Rooms tour takes a different bus and route than the Standard Grand Rooms tour. It is not a shared experience."
Note: When booking ADA tickets, agents do not need to create a separate booking.

Bus escorts who remain with the motorcoach
Escorts are considered part of the essential support team for the group and are eligible for free admission when accompanying a qualified group tour.

For group bookings, a 10% discount applies if booking 12 or more tickets initially. Additional tickets added after booking will not qualify for the discount.
