Applying Promo Codes to Activities
To navigate to the Apply Codes functionality, start on the R2S2 homepage. First, navigate to the Activity page.
Then, in the side panel, click on Signup, followed by Filter.
Use the filter options to find the activity you’re looking for (ex: Junior Lifeguard, Guided Seal Walks). Click Search.
This will display the list of activities matching your search criteria. Double click into the desired activity from the list, which will populate the Search Customer page.
On the Search Customer page, in the Search Customer field, enter the name of the customer who you would like to apply the promo code for.
Click Select Household in the bottom right corner of the screen once you have identified the Visitor name.
Clicking the customer profile will populate the Activity Pre-Cart, where Park staff can enter valid coupon codes in the Promo Code section at the bottom of the screen.
Once Park staff have applied a Promo Code for a visitor in R2S2, it will appear in the shopping cart if it is valid.
Note: The promo code does not show as a separate line item of the discount in the shopping cart. Instead, it automatically reduces the total amount.
