Creating a New Customer Account

Customers are considered a "household" in the system.  To create a new household, follow these steps.

Once certain there is not an existing customer account, click on New Household.

Ask the guest for all required (*) information.

Ask the guest for their e-mail address for sending confirmations (this will also generate an email to set up their web access). 

Entering the zip will auto-populate the City and State. 

Click Save
