R2S2 V12 Update
R2S2 V12 Update
With the recent system update, customers may notice a slightly different login experience when accessing their ReserveCalifornia account. This update includes a new sign-in system managed through OKTA, which offers more flexible and modern login options.
As part of this change, existing customers will be prompted to reset their password the first time they log in after the update. This quick, one-time step ensures their login credentials are aligned with the new system. After that, they can continue logging in as usual.
This change is part of an overall effort to improve the user experience and align with current technology standards.
