Creating a Block
**Please involve a Team Lead for any questions regarding a block.**
Adding a Block in Neptune should ONLY be performed by a Team Lead with Manager credentials and MUST be tied to an associated Ticket.
To add a Block to the reservation grid for a guest, first select and highlight the dates you wish you block.
After highlighting the dates, navigate to the Lock icon found near the Reservation icon.
A new window will open prompting you to enter the Block Text. This is the message that will be viewable to the Park Staff as well Call Center.
Enter the Guest's Name, Phone, Reason, and lastly your Neptune Login username.
Click OK to save.
You can now see the block on the Grid.
To view the entirety of the Block Text, click on the Block.
