Logging into Neptune

To log onto the system, first ensure you have Contact Center selected.

Next, enter both a User ID and a Password into the designated fields.

Incorrect Password or User Name:

In the event you enter an incorrect User ID and/or an incorrect Password, you will receive the following message:

Please check for any typos. Your password is case sensitive, but your user ID is not. If you need to reset your password, click “Forgot Password” and a temporary password will be emailed to you.
