R2S2 V12 Update
Login Using Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
All new and existing R2S2 users will receive an account activation email at the email address associated with their R2S2 account. The email will be titled “[External] Welcome to Okta!” and will be from the following sender: [noreply@okta.com].
Follow these steps to activate your account and log in:
1. Navigate to your email inbox.
2. Locate the email from [noreply@okta.com]. It will include your username, which will be your email address, and a button to activate your account. Click the “Activate Okta Account” button.
Please note: The activation link expires 30 days after the user receives the email. If 30 days have passed, you will need to request a new activation link from your supervisor.
3. A new tab will open up where you will create a password for your R2S2 account. Ensure the password you choose meets all the requirements listed, confirm your new password, then click Create My Account.
4. You will be taken to the main R2S2 login page. Ensure your Park location is selected from the Store name drop-down menu. Then, click Login to finish logging into R2S2.
The next time you navigate to the R2S2 login page, you will see the previous screen (Image 5) where you will need to confirm the Store name, then click Login. Then, you will see a visually similar screen where you will enter your R2S2 username, then click Next.
On the next screen, enter your password. Then, click Sign In to finish logging into R2S2.
