Duplicate Accounts

If there are multiple accounts that match at least two of the fields, you will select the account with the most accurate information. 

Make note of the Customer ID for all of these accounts, even if they do not completely match your callers information.

After you have helped the caller and released the line, please Escalate.

Completely fill in the information to report the duplicate account.
