To determine if the guest has an existing Pass, first look up your guest in Neptune. (instructions found here)
While the Search Customer window is open, from here we can verify the guest before we proceed.
Select the guest, by double-clicking on their account.
The guest's profile will now be loaded in the top-left corner of Neptune.
Click on the Household button under the guest's name.
The Household Summary window will appear. From here we can see this guest has a Membership.
This example indicates the guest has a Senior Parking Passport that expires on 9/16/2024.
To obtain the pass number, click on the guest's active Membership (Senior Parking Passport).
From here we can see the Pass Number, along with the details from the pass purchase.
Alternatively, you can search by Pass Number.
If the guest has an existing pass associated with their account, it will appear upon entering the Pass Number.
