This discount must be applied at the time of booking during the shopping cart process.

Once the caller has Reverse Verified the reservation, click on the Discounts tab found in the bottom tray of Neptune.

Notice the Unit Price has discounted by 10% and is reflected in the Total.

Advise the caller of their Total with their discount and Tender Cart as usual.
