Disabled Discount Holders with SGB/GB Approval Process

1. Verify which pass the applicant has approval for: (SGB or GB)

2. Select View Household Details in the Household Summary.

3. Confirm that the applicant does not already have a current calendar-year SGB or GB issued.

4. Under Classification / Active title, open the menu under Current Classification.

5. Change the classification from Disabled Discount to Regular.

6. Save profile details

7. Proceed with the sale of the specified pass the caller is eligible for as normal.

8. Verify that both passes are listed in the household summary’s list of memberships.

9. Return to the profile of the caller and change the classification back from Regular to Disabled Discount.
