Cut & Paste Feature

Find the customer’s existing reservation (instructions found here).

After clicking on the correct reservation, available tools will become active on the tool bar.

Click on the Cut tool, shown to the right.

Click on the first date on the new stay.

Then click the Paste tool.

A pop up will open showing the date, park and campsite number of the original reservation and of the changed reservation.

- - Review the change(s) with the guest.
  - Click Yes if all is correct.
  - Click No if you need to go back and correct your selection.

After clicking Yes, the Unit Pre-Cart will open. The new campsite number and/or stay date will populate.

Confirm the main occupant and number of adults and children in party remains the same. If not, make those changes.

Once all information in the Unit Pre-Cart is correct, click Continue.
