Resetting a Guests Password
To reset a guests password, first search the guest in Neptune.
Upon loading their household, select More next to the account holders email address.
A new window will appear confirming you wish to Email a Temporary Password. Upon selecting this, you will need confirm you wish to reset the guests password by selecting Yes.
Note: Advise to be cognizant of copy/pasting the password; it often adds a space to the end of the password, returning an incorrect password error.
