Checking Status of a Current Drawing
First, enter the Park name of the Location having the Reservation Drawing and hit search.
Once the grid loads you will notice the Mystery Box icon will be present.
(This only shows on Parks with Active drawings)
The View Drawings pop out box will show. This shows all drawings that have taken place and are taking place.
If there is a Person with a + showing in the Apply Column this is an active drawing.
If the Apply Column is blank this drawing is not active.
To view all applicants currently in a drawing select the Eye Icon next to the drawing name.
The View Drawing Applicants pop out will show. Applicants can be narrowed down via the fields at the top of the screen.
Refrain from answering question about total applicants in the drawing.
To find all the drawings a single Guest has entered, select the Customer Drawings tab on the View Drawings pop out window.
Enter the Application Number or Customer Name.
(The Customer Name will generate the Household Details screen to confirm the Name/ Profile.)
All applications for that Customer will show if the Name is used. Only the one will show if the Application Number is used.
To find all Drawing Applications for the Patron’s profile they must be Logged into Reserve California under the account that applied for the drawing.
Once logged in under the Menu items select Your Drawing Applications. (This is only available under the Camping and Lodging or Home Page Menu)
Guests can view their existing Drawing Applications by logging into the their account and selecting Your Drawing Applications.
Once on the Drawing Application Screen all applications will be present. If the Patron has multiple applications, they can search via Application Number or Status. On each application there will be a Cancel or Book Now.
If the Drawing has passed and they did not win there will be no icon in the corner.
