First click on the Tickets tab in the upper right corner of Neptune.
Note: If you do not have a guest selected, this tour will not tie to the guests account.
To correct this, you will have to search for a guest and recreate the reservation.
The various Tour names will be listed on the left side of Neptune.
After selecting the Tour, you will then navigate to the Date the guest would like to reserve.
Upon selecting a date, you will be presented with any option time slots as well as the number of open seats.
Before continuing, if we have no already done so, let's verify our caller and select their account.
First click in the Search for Customer field in the top left corner and search for the guest.
Click on the desired time slot to open the Pre-Cart.
Now we need to select the number of guests.
Note: For same-day sales, check the box "Do not check-in".
Before adding to the Shopping Cart, be sure to Reverse Verify the reservation with the guest.
Probing the guest for the Name of the Tour, the Arrival Date and Time as well as the number of occupants.
After we ensure this information matches, click on Add to Shopping Cart.
Before tending the cart take note of the customer in the top left corner.

To correct this, click on System Customer to search for a guest and recreate the reservation.
If any applicable Questionnaires or Waiver Agreements are necessary for the event, they will appear upon Tendering the Cart.
It's imperative that this information is thoroughly covered with the guest.
After reviewing this information with the guest, you will click the Agreement checkbox and click Ok to proceed and Tender the Cart as usual.
